Being busy with my routine in the office and factory has consumed up my energy and thoughts. Moreover, when we are in the peak seasons, it seems that I always end up in deep fatigue by the end of the day. It is really annoying me. I wonder why my stamina recently drops down so drastically. Is it because my working time is so tight that I have no time to do some sports? Or perhaps I have got a terrible meal time schedule? Lack of vitamin consumption? Well, I clearly notice that there are always a lot of reasons of my recent health condition decrease if viewed from my performance at my job.

My Daily Activity PhotoI guess it is time for me to make a change, especially on my health condition. I have got to do this or else I could never feel fresh again in any of my activities. I decide to manage my time more properly. More time to do sport and better management on meal time seem to be able to support. Every early in the morning good breakfast is the key for facing the tiring day in the office. Taking some vitamins and supplements will surely make things perfect.

I also need to revise my weekend schedule, or at least to have some better activities for my health. Recent activities on Saturday morning are putting me more deeply on my sleep, meeting my friends in a café just for a chat or concentrating the unfinished job for the week. I am sure none of them could help me stay in shape. Then in my new schedule, at least once on Saturday, I am supposed myself to be sweaty at the gym or with a little jogging. Well, that seems to be a perfect agenda. I am sure I will be able to involve myself much better now in any activities ahead.
