<p>They do not stay focused throughout the entire 12-week period. If they don&#8217;t see results immediately, they get discouraged and quit. You have got to stick with your plan. No program will work for you if you are not consistent.</p>
<p>To get results, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes, and work as hard as necessary and you have to be consistent. Your body responds to consistency. Sometimes it may get to the point of obsession, but it has to be that way for you to reach your goal.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Here&#8217;s some basic information and things you should be doing to help you bulk up: </span></em></strong></p>
<p>1. To gain weight you must eat more calories than your body burns off, so EAT MORE!!!!!! The most important thing that I cannot over stress is that you need to eat to gain weight. You need to eat like you&#8217;ve never eaten before. (but not junk food like donuts and chips or candy).</p>
<p>Start eating six meals per day (space them out to about once every 3 hours).</p>
<p>2. Increase your protein intake and reduce your simple carbohydrate intake. Without protein your body cannot build new muscle</p>
<p>3. Keep your workouts under one hour. Short and intense!</p>
<p>4. Concentrate on free weight exercises that work the large muscle groups. The best weight training exercises for building mass are the simple ones. For mass, stick with compound free weight exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, barbell rows, pull ups and bar dips.</p>
<p>5. Use heavy weights and low reps, rest 3 minutes between each set.</p>
<p>6. Do only 2-3 exercises per body part.</p>
<p>7. Split your workout. Since you have a very high metabolism like me, you need to train with more intensity, but less frequently.</p>
<p>Day 1: Chest, shoulders and triceps<br />
Day 2: Rest<br />
Day 3: Back, and Bicep<br />
Day 4: Rest<br />
Day 5: Legs and abs<br />
Day 6: Rest<br />
Day 7: Rest</p>
<p>8. Increase you water intake. A good formula for this is to multiply your bodyweight by .66 to get the required number of ounces per day.</p>
<p>9. Use nutritional supplements. If you can&#8217;t afford too many products, just stick with the basics; like whey protein. If you can&#8217;t afford whey protein the next best thing is egg whites.</p>

Moderate beer consumption is actually healthy, so I set out to define &#8220;moderate&#8221; as well as educate on the basics of caloric intake and caloric expenditure. The radioman is not suffering from a beer belly but an INACTIVITY BELLY! Yes, you can still drink beer and be very fit.</p>

Even the lightest of beers has the empty calories of alcohol, which is the cause of poor health if done in excess and without a regular exercise routine. Unfortunately, too many Americans live under one of the worst stereotypes placed on a human being &#8211; the BEER BELLY, or as I call it, the inactivity belly.</p>

However, recently concluded studies are starting to show that age may have a more direct impact on a person&#8217;s sexual health, particularly if more outside factors are brought into consideration. According to the study, people who lose their virginity at a younger or older age than average (which can be rather subjective, depending on certain community factors) can develop physical and psychological “quirks” related to sex.</p>
<p>One of the first things researchers noted was just how little significant impact abstinence-only education had on the statistics. According to the raw statistical data, people who lost their virginity at a younger age were at a significantly higher risk of acquiring a sexually transmitted disease later on in life than average. It also appeared to increase the chances of a person developing other sexual health risk factors, such as engaging in intercourse with multiple partners and developing a history of alcohol-influenced sexual contact. Knowledge of contraception methods other than abstinence had an impact in reducing the STD risks, but abstinence-only education didn&#8217;t show any significant effects and, as implied by some of the data, may actually increase the risks.</p>
<p>Problems with sexual health functions were found to increase for both “early” and “late” people, according to the study&#8217;s findings. The results showed that one of the more common problems that cropped up in men was an inability to maintain an erection and premature ejaculations. According to the data, while most men are liable to experience these problems for some time, it is a more prominent and persistent condition for those who lost their virginity earlier or later than the generally accepted average age. Some of the data also indicated that women who engaged in sexual contact earlier or later in life may also have difficulty reaching a state of arousal and experiencing orgasms.</p>
<p>It was noted that young men who started having sex at a later date developed more sexual deviancies and dysfunctions than their counterparts who started earlier. Most of the deviancies can probably be considered mundane, depending on the socio-cultural context they are viewed in, but the dysfunctions have a tendency to be both psychological in nature. This includes conditions where certain environmental “criteria” have to be met before the person can enter a physical state of sexual arousal.</p>
<p>The researchers have admitted that it is currently unclear exactly what the connections are between some deviant sexual behaviors and the age one loses one&#8217;s virginity. The findings suggest a complex picture in terms of sexual health and the psychological implications of it, though a cause-and-effect scenario is difficult to discern from the current data. On some aspects, the data has been found to support abstinence-only education, like what is imposed in some public schools. However, other data also indicates that the lack of support and acknowledgment of abstinence-only education can also lead to problems later on, in terms of sexual behavior and practices. At the moment, the researchers have not made any official statements on which side of the argument they favor.</p>

<p>Many people think that allergies only affect the respiratory or digestive systems, but they can also affect your largest organ- your skin. As with other allergies the immune system overreacts to the presence of certain substances and releases inflammation-producing chemicals. Do some research and talk to your doctor. You can be confident of controlling your skin condition better if you are sure you understand what causes it.</p>
<p>The second component in managing a skin allergy is identifying then eliminating the allergens and irritants that start the itching/scratching cycle. There are over three thousand known triggers for skin allergies. Many are natural, but there are plenty of man-made ones too.</p>
<p>A common man-made trigger is latex, which comes from the sap of the Brazilian rubber tree. The natural proteins and those added in the manufacturing process can trigger an allergic reaction. Most people are aware that this can lead to reactions if you wear latex gloves. However latex is also present in baby pacifiers, balloons, pencil erasers and elastic bands in undergarments. There can also be problems when latex particles become airborne and are inhaled. If you have a latex allergy try to avoid the material and use vinyl or plastic where possible.</p>
<p>Nickel is another trigger. In addition to the obvious nickel-containing metallic objects like coins and jewelry, nickel is also present in everyday objects like scissors, bathroom and kitchen cabinet handles, and zippers. Mascara, eye shadow and eye pencils also contain nickel. Experts estimate that the number of people suffering from a nickel allergy has risen about 40% in the last decade. Much of this is believed to be due to the popularity of body piercing. Some foods also have natural nickel content and people who suffer severe symptoms may need to restrict their diet under medical supervision. At present there is no way to desensitize a person with a nickel allergy. Avoidance is the best strategy.</p>
<p>The third component of effective management is looking after your skin. The easiest thing to do is to keep your fingernails short to reduce the damage caused by scratching.</p>
<p>Managing your skin&#8217;s condition means firstly moisturizing and softening the skin to ensure it does not dry out. Your doctor may recommend you use topical corticosteroid preparations to control the inflammation.</p>
<p>When you take a bath soak in lukewarm water for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not have hot baths or showers, as the heat will increase skin dryness and itching. You can add oatmeal or baking soda to the bath for a soothing effect, though it does not help moisturize the skin.</p>
<p>Use a mild soap or a non-soap cleanser with neutral pH (pH7). If you wish to add bath oils do so after you have been in the water so that it can seal in the moisture. Do not use bubble baths as they can form a barrier that stops the bathwater moisturizing your skin.</p>
<p>After the bath dry yourself by patting your skin with a soft towel. This helps retain moisture. Immediately after drying your skin apply a lotion or emollient cream to help your skin retain the moisture.</p>
<p>To look after your skin you will also need to avoid situations where you will experience extreme physical contact, heavy perspiration, or heavy clothing. This may mean avoiding some sports. Swimming is permissible if you rinse the chlorine from your skin as soon as you leave the pool, and use a moisturizer after drying yourself.</p>
<p>Follow these three steps and you will be able to control your skin allergy and minimize its impact on your everyday life.</p>
