I once had a friend who told me that she was sad all the time and Wanted to kill herself. I felt very sad for her and kindly told her that everything was going to be just fine. She didn&#8217;t quite understand when I told her this and I kindly told her that the point that I&#8217;m getting to is that in life, you&#8217;ll have to face certain obstacles some good and some bad. But when the road gets rocky and you feel beaten down and you feel like the world is coming to an end. You&#8217;ll need to look over that particular obstacle and still go on because life goes on and you sure can&#8217;t turn back time, but what you can do is change any situation around for the better, and self improve yourself.</p>
